We're just a couple of smart, fun people who happen to have gone to law school, but don't need you to think of us as capital-L Lawyers. Sure, we can (and will) do the legal work you need to make your personal or family business run smoothly, and we have a solid track record of success doing it. The difference is that we'll get there by getting to know you and what makes your company special, not by blindly charging you for our experience or the letters after our names.

 

Whether you have a single question or want a complete scope of corporate representation, we'll work directly with you as long as necessary to determine what your company needs and how we can best provide it. You've already invested your money, heart, and effort in your business - it's our business to make sure you don't have to do the same to get good lawyers.
